Apartment Review for Alpine West Apartments

the previous reviewer gave a good idea of what to expect. the manager (an ex-con) ignores everything, the management company ignores everything, the hot water barely works, there's mold in every vent, the a/c was turned off in october when it's still 90 degrees for another month and a half, plenty of sketchy residents and "visitors", a vicious dog, stray cats, nosy neighbors, constantly broken washers and dryers that your panties will disappear from, and it goes on. if you are an employed, law abiding citizen that just wants a decent place to live without hassle, move on immediately. if you want somewhere to drink yourself to death, you've found a home.
