Review for Avendaro At Canyon Creek Apartments

Avendero Apts.
They never have the same staff for longer than 3 months, they are never nice after you have moved in. The amount of noise is unbelievable. You can hear all of your neighbors on all sides of you and including the hallways. There is only one Trash Unit in the entire complex and there is over 24 BLD's.
The parking is always a hassle sometimes I have to leave work early to get a spot and even then you can end up on the other side of you complex. I spoke with the manager the other day She was VERY RUDE, VERY. she was also new I had never seen her before. I do not understand why these people keep on hiring rude, and inexperienced people to work here.

I don't know if you still live here or not, but the ones that do should get together and make our opinion count. I cannot believe the rudeness, parking issues and that I have to put my trash in my car(yuk)and travel to the end of the complex. Most of the time the trash is stacked outside the dumpster and I don't even want to go near it. I cannot believe that I am stuck here for several months to come. I moved here for their so called "special" and that was nothing but a scam. Not only for me, but others as well. Also, trying to get a copy of your lease is near impossible. The one they finally gave me had been changed. Things were crossed out and it wasn't even the right one. The manager is rude and illiterate. She only goes to work when she wants to because she has conveniently moved in a very nearby apt. I think people are so miserable here that no one really cares to speak to the other tenants. I think that is really sad. I know that two separate tenants that live here now and one person that no longer works here all say that the manager has ice cold blood running through her veins!
