Apartment Review for Barton Creek Landing Apt

If it wasn't for the location of this property, we'd never rent here. The management staff is extremely unhelpful and uncaring. The staff is rude and seem to hate their job. We tried to reach "the district manager," but were told to send an e-mail, she's not willing to take our phone call. One work-order took 15 phone calls to be completed. I would never recommend this property to anyone! Not to mention, the apartment was a complete mess when we moved in - loose boards, mold in every corner, stuff dripping from the ceiling into our bathtub, unbelievable.
