Apartment Reviews for Canyon Creek Apartments - Austin

i moved to northwest austin from northeast austin mainly for safety, but also to be closer to amenities (shopping, movie, eats) and have to say i lucked out with canyon creek. the two biggest problems i face is not always having close spot to park and the apartment was a little more than what i wanted to spend. however having said that, the apartment and staff (northland owns this and many complexes in the area) are by far the best i have had to deal with as a renter. staff are friendly but more importantly they deal with issues as they arise in a professional and polite manner. if something is broken, it gets fixed. if the community is acting up (leaving trash out, not picking up after dogs, etc...) they write out friendly but firm reminders of policies and alert everyone.
the apartments are in great shape, well kept and clean. i enjoy living here and am glad to have found a place that i can renew my lease with ease and comfort of knowing i found a great place.
