Rented: From 2000 To 2003

I lived at this apatment complex from 2000 - 2003. It started out a great place but as the year went on the management had changed hands several times as well as a lower class of renters was being allowed in the the complex. Everytime I asked if there was an apartment away from Wm Cannon's street traffic noise they always told me there was not anything available. You can here the people above you no matter how light they tip toe across the floors or what else they do in their apartments. Although gated, it is not secured.
