Apartment Review for Colonial Grand At Wells Branch

my exp living here fro the past 2 years was great till someone broke into my car.i have seen several people stealing plants and i know that residence have had motorcycles stolen ect.they have security gates, but they are always broken, and takes forever to get fixed.maintanence is good, and they do there jobs with the exception of a few times.even though they do back ground check unfortunately not all that live here are good people.its sad and i would stay but i need a garage and i dont feel safe here anymore.good value/nice apts..bad people moving in...
