I have lived here for 3 months and am extremely pleased. Every time I have called in for maintenance the responsiveness and competence has been outstanding. The front office staff, especially senior management, has been collaborative and willing to work solutions...something I have not found at other apartment complexes. Lets face it, apartment living requires occasional compromise from the renter and rentee. In my case the Esataes on Quarry lake staff has been solution oriented and I haven't had a problem yet that has not been professionally handled. This is the third complex I have lived in over the past 8 years...and hands down the most professionally run. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone.
