High Oaks apartments on Jollyville rd are horrible! I had no AC in the living room! Vent was rigged to restrict airflow. No duct had been installed. Crime is high. Staff is rude and uneducated! They steal your belongings! Doors dont open properly. Carpet smells and the fees are excessive when moving out. Pool had a greenish tint due to mold and fungus. You pay for their water usage on the lawn care with half of the sprinkliers broken and ole faithfull at its max potential. If you move here than you are dumber than I am because i am warning you to stay the **** away! Over priced ratty *** apartments that should be condemned or moved to the projects of ATX. i called the maintenance people on a bi-weekly basis to repair my broken down hut! Stay AWAY man Over rated! <P>
