Apartment Review for High Oaks Apartments One And Two

I have lived here for one year and just signed another 6 month lease. Big Mistake!! I made the decision because my house will not be available until then. The parking is horrible (even if you have covered parking). It is also very unsafe. I do not know of anyone who lives here who has not either had their car broken into or apt. They continue to go up in rent and not just a little. The noise is horrible and if you call to report a problem they do not even have an answering service anymore. I have lived in apartments for 10 years and this is the first apt with so many problems. <P>
