Apartment Reviews for Pinto Creek Apartments - Austin

I moved in on March 16th to a 1 bedroom that faces west out onto Wickersham. It had everything I asked for. New carpeting, black appliances, washer dryer connections, ceiling fans in living room and bedroom (nice ones might I add) a cute balcony, a great showerhead, not white but instead and much better soft cream paint on the walls. Everything worked and I've been here a little over a week and love it. The laundry rooms could be cleaner but so far no one seems to be using them so I have been able to do my laundry on Sunday mornings which is awesome. I can't hear my neighbors for the most part but when I see them everyone is courteous and nice. I wish I'd made this move sooner. I love that I can access town lake in 5 minutes and there are 2 HEB's within 5 minutes. I have 800 square feet to play around with and feel like I'm living in a small tree house! I can't believe all the room for the price. I think Greystar is doing a great job and the manager Nick and Assistant manager Maria are great as are Sabrina who is I guess the other assistant. They always have my packages when UPS leaves a note on my door and I feel that everything they said would be in the apt. IS. ;-) Yes, the neighborhood is a bit sketchy but I honestly don't feel scared just a bit more aware that I'm not living in yuppie vil. I would recommend it to anyone open to a bigger space, at a good price very close to downtown.
