The apartments are excellent. They have good features. Management is terrible. Do not rent here, simply because of this. You will have many problems with them. Before renting here I read the same reviews. When I first saw the appartments, management was very nice and helpful. THIS IS NOT TRUE, they are only nice at the beggining. Read the other reviews about how management ignores your comments. They tow your car, even if you have the permit, its a hassle getting your car back. The pool is always filled with beer bottles, and if you tell management they will tell you that they will clean it later. Overall trust the reviews, and if you know someone who lives there ask them before moving here.

I lived here with my wife and dog for 19 months . The main problem was crime and Danger to people living here. Do not underestimate the danger that you will face if you make the mistake of living here. Managers here SIMPLY DO NOT CARE about the people who live here and are rude and unhelpful if you have a problem here you are going to find these people indifferent at best. Of course during the sales Process they are ever so friendly and will promise you anything , but after you sign the lease you will see these people for what they really are. They left us without lighting for almost three months , during this time we were attacked outside our front door by a gang dressed in Balaclavas at 3am, even after this they did not fix the lighting . I could cite MANY AND NUMEROUS episodes including one occasion when I asked staff to call Police to help when a Gangster tried to steal my dog and THEY REFUSED to call the POLICE and told me it was my own problem.The Police Officer who attended that day warned me criminals live within the gates at Regency but I had no way to confirm that but it felt as if criminals were allowed to act with impunity and the swimming area in summer resembled a Prison Yard with Gangsters holding big parties and selling drugs and drinking by the pool area . They are now trying to make me pay 800 Dollars to upgrade the floor in my old apartment from a Carpet to a Wooden Floor . I visited the office after we left to try and resolve and negotiate with one of the Managers and whilst there I tried to warn other people not to live here but they had the Police threaten to arrest me for Trespass etc , DO NOT LIVE HERE , THESE PEOPLE CANNOT BE TRUST TO PROTECT YOU and they will not listen to you and will lie to you and tell you anything to get you to sign the lease . DO NOT LIVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES , you will regret making a choice to live here. During my time there was paid our rent ON TIME for 18 months , we were clean and left them a clean apartment when we left , never caused trouble etc etc , we were model tenants and these people could not care less because when you leave they will TRY TO EXTORT MONEY FROM YOU ONE WAY OR THE OTHER . These people are not to be trusted and you MUST NOT DEAL with them. The Maintainance guys did make an effort , also they were helpful and nice guys but in the end the Managers here are the people you will regret meeting and dealing with . Never in my life have I met people who are so cold and so callous and so Devious when it comes to screwing you for money when you leave these people are experts. I am going to try everything in my power to warn people about this place , DO NOT , I REPEAT DO NOT LIVE HERE , there are other places where you will find genuine People who care about your safety and well being and will appreciate you if you are a decent law abiding citizen who pays your rent on time etc . I will always regret living here and would never wish for anybody to suffer at the hands of these people the way we did especially towards the end of our time here . I am happy to defend my comments anywhere to anybody for any reason.
