Apartment Review for Renaissance At North Bend

Lived her a year now so got a good feel for the place I can say that if you like constant break ins, police activity and hiking a mile to one of two dumpsters then this is the place for you. Also be mindful of the management team the feels they do not have to ask or warm you to come into your place. Seeing as I have an abused dog this has caused me a number of issues. And lastly the reason why I decided everyone needs to know about this place. After a year of **** poor service, break ins (right next to a police station of all things) they raised my rates. No big deal its expected, even still I always ask management to explain to me why I should pay more. When I asked Raul got quite indignant with me and even snickered at least once. Further he told me that it doesn't matter that they were raising rates because everyone else was and that I should look at other places if I didn't like it. All in all the place is mostly quiet (save break in nights) and looks pretty decent for the price. If you think you can handle the nightmare that they call management and the unobvious dangers of living here then rent away my friends for everyone else I have this one thing to say, "run away."
