Apartment Review for Riverchase Apartments

Riverside was my first apartment.......horriable experience. <P>
The first two weeks I moved in I wasn't able to stay because my ac wasn't working. I had to stay with a friend and come home to get my clothes for school. Second, the water is always cut off......................seriously. Ever day for the first two months I would come home from a long day at work/school and the water will be cut off until 5 or so. Third, they state that they have a excerise room......THAT'S SO FAR FROM THE TRUTH. I 've lived here for one year and the "fitness center" has yet been fix. Fourth, dirty surrounding. I went to mangment one day and asked when was they going to clean the trash in the back and she said what trash? I said the trash on the west wing of the property...now get this. " Oh I don't know I never go on that side of the property ?" How in the **** can you be the manager and don't tour the property grounds. Fifty, the office is completed with 2 dumb females who don't do **** put dress up and "act" like their actually working. Six, my neighbor's picture frame was broken. She thought someone broke in, no it was the maintance man who broke the picture and didn't even leave a note or anything. My neighbor had to take off work to get the picture fix and then turn in the bill to managment. Seventh, I was bathing one day and the maintance man walked in after I screamed and told him not to come in. Then he ran off. I went to the office and they were like" yeah we heard what happen with the maintance man" WHat the **** can I get a "sorry" or something. Next, THE BIGGEST PROBLEM........Insects and FLIES. Oh my God there everywhere my apartment, neighbors, and my old friend use to live there she had the same apartment. It's horriable, I have to spray all the time. THen it take staff ages to come and fix it. There's also a problem with the water pipes. I would be awaken by my next door neighbor's water pipes when they take a bath..........it's loud. Overall I'm not trying to be all around rude but it's the truth. The only good thing about my apartments is the location for my job and school. <P>
