There are some noisy fratties, but mostly quiet grad student types who keep to themselves. Staff are friendly and personal, but I think the corporate super-college-housing trend in Austin is jeopardizing the small/quiet feel. <P>
Second time we have been robbed in two weeks

My girlfriends car was broken into last week and now my bike was stolen. A month ago my girlfriends car had a crow bar taken to it. Three days ago we saw another car's window smashed in. And a week before the crowbar incident another car was broken into. There is no video surveliance, no security patrol, nothing I can see that prevents these people from taking our stuff.
