it is a great place to live. well kept, great staff. Barbie is a gem and the maintenance is quick and fixes stuff right the first time as a rule. I have a carport and with the hail and sun you have here in TX consider it a bargain at these low rents. <P>

I would have stayed here if my job hadn't moved. The staff and maintenance guys are nice and usually fix things that day or the next. Clean grounds, beautiful pool, every thing's new (since the place is only 2-3 years old). Great location (specially if you work up north). HEB, Blockbuster, Walgreen's, Chick-Fil-A, and Wendy's right down the road.
I'd say the only complaint is the parking, the spots are small and not many of them.
Other than that, I'd say this is the place to be :-)
