The experience I had dealing with the property supervisor's and managers at The Arbors of Wells Branch was most unsavory. The individual showing me the property was new and not knowledgable in the property or it's policies. The supervisor kept changing the stories and introducing new requirements every step of the way to renting an apartment.

The ladies in the office are about the rudest salespeople I've encountered outside of 3rd-world communist countries with about the same apathy and mediocrity. They certainly make you feel like they're doing the world a favor by being there and you personally just by being in your presence. Both of them have a propensity to guilt-trip and scold you like a little child.

In the end, I lost $200 that I had left as a deposit on a place, but I find that definitely acceptable, seeing as I could have committed a huge mistake and gotten stuck living in a place where this type of management prevails.

Stay well enough away. There are plenty more apartment communities in the area with much better units, prices, and employees… I know, I visited most of them after I couldn’t take these ladies’ attitudes anymore.

when i moved in here in my apartment....my apartment wasnt ready, i still had the cleaning crew still in my apartment, when i had moved in my girlfriend and i slept on the floor, because my bed was going to be delivered the next day, so we mainly slept with 15 huge roaches on the floor, it was embarrasing and nasty, when we ate jack n the box, you cant leave your food because the roaches was already close to your food, my food had roaches on my hamburger, my lights in the kitchen didn't work, bathroom toilet was over floating, the carpets were dirty even the pest control was awful, it took 2 months to get rid of the pest, i had over 15 maintaince reports in one week. i am ready to move out, this was a bad experience, there wasnt a maintance crew on site, so i had to wait a month to get my problems fixed....if i were you i wouldn't move in because i felt like i lived in a roach house.... <P>
