Rented: From 2008 To 2009

Now I finally moved out of the block on 23rd and feel soooooo relieved!!!

Here's how HORRIBLYthe building is built:

On a Wednesday afternoon, I was in the walk-in closet that's right beside the restroom. Suddenly, I heard my neighbor upstairs "bombing" the bathroom floor. I figured that my neighbor probably fall out of shower! And, all the sudden, my the cap of the toilet broke into pieces because the upstairs impact!

so I call RSC(management) and was worried that they won't fix it before the lease ends (it was about 15 days before the lease ends). And it proved to be true -- THEY DID NOT COME FIX IT!!

Now I really wonder if i will get the deposit back... I will never live here again!!!!!!!!

Also, the room is extremely small... If you are on some sort of budget, find somewhere older and nicer AND cheaper!!!!!

DON'T LIVE HERE!! FIND AN OLDER/NICER ONE THAT HAS BIGGER BEDROOMs!
