I've lived here about a year and its been alright, the price is a little steep, so i will be ending my lease.
The apartments are located in an area that is not very developed, so there is plenty of spiders, centipedes, snakes, other vermin. Bottom line if you want to not be close to downtown($25 one way trip) but close to alot of commercialized shopping center stores(south park meadows) then the cottages is your overpriced fairly new apartment home. The staff have been helpful.
