Basically with these, you're paying for the area because the price I've come to learn is not worth what you're getting. We lived in the larger 2bed/2bath and it was still cramped. Had to deal with occasional roach/waterbug and I hated the fact that the washer and dryer connections were on the balcony. I'm not sure if it was the side we lived on but parking was horrible! I myself didn't have covered parking but my roomate did and people were constantly parking in his spot at night. Some positives are the staff. Maintenance is awesome and they fix things asap. There are trails leading around the apartment and little dog park at the entrance. I would say this is a place for dog lovers because they are everywhere :)! Overall, if you love dogs and are nature fanatic you'll love this place. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
