Not Such A Great Deal For High Rent!

When you first see thesesapartments they are really cute as they are only about 9 mos old, but they are poorly constructed, walls are paper thin and they already have crickets, ants and mice infiltrating the units. the rent is too high at $1300 for a 2 bedroo, 1600 for a three and then have to pay 100+ for atiny garage. At those prices I expect to see no pests in my apartment and expect better workmanship in aproperty. I also dont enjoy hearing neighbors party until 7am from the prior night. There is onl;y 1 garbage dumpster on the property with 500 apts, so the trash is frequently spilling into parking lot and this wont make the rodent problem go away.
The staff is friendly enobugh but still are like most properties,, dont care about their tenants issues.
