Review for The Woods Apartments

Great for animal lovers. That is, if you like raccoons. These apartments are being overrun by them. I could hear them crawling in the wall at the head of my bed at night. I could even hear them sniffing and making the little chirping noises they make. Sometimes they would fight each other and they would run all over the house in the ceiling and walls. I would open my door in the morning to find my trash scattered all over the sidewalk and see a raccoon running to hide under my apartment. The people in the office didn't seem to think it was a problem at all and didn't do anything about it until after I contacted the Better Business Bureau. Then all they did was drill holes in the ceiling and walls and spray a fire extinguisher in there, covering everything in my bedroom with a nasty white dust in the process. Didn't clean anything up and also didn't patch the holes, ever. Oh yeah, we also had a huge problem with fleas inside the apartment, although we didn't own a pet. Maintenence wouldn't do anything about this but give us some flea bombs with which we had to bomb the apartment ourselves. They didn't even work. I've never lived anywhere worse than here. Don't even think about living here.
