I have been here 1 month and not had hot water at all. Warm for 1 min. is as good as it gets, I've complained in writing and verbally and all I get is excuses, how expensive it is to repair, etc. You'd think hot water is negotiable. I am calling the health dept after a month of this, but who wants to live in a place with an attitude like: you need hot water? then move. This is an expensive apartment in a good neighborhood. I'd say don't move here unless you are into cold showers and apapthetic management who would rather argue with you than help.
