Apartment Review for Toscana Apartments

These apartments are great!! They are roomy and well designed. One of the things i love about them is that, even though they are apartments, I don't feel boxed in. The archways are beautiful, and the kitchens don't feel small at all!

The Leasing Office staff are great. The employees are always very friendly and nice and try to help any way that they can. I've only had to submit a service request a couple of times (dishwasher and a window screen), and the girls were so understanding and arranged everything. They also really respect my/our/apt privacy, which i greatly appreciate.

Also, anytime i've ever had a question or concern, they have always gone out of their way to help me and/or answer/explain anything. (i've called a few times) :)

The maintenance staff is always polite and the grounds are always well maintained. The pool and lounge are nice and relaxing, and the gym is really great for "just an apt" gym. I feel very safe at my complex. They also have bins for recycling, which is nice.

Noise has never been a problem for me, but i also understand i live in apt. I've never had an issue with anyone being too loud during the week, or any loud crazy parties on the weekend. It seems that everyone here (neighbors included) are very courteous.

Complex seems to be kid friendly (there's a park), but i don't have children. My only issue is it would be nice if Toscana accepted large dogs, but honestly i can wait for a dog. I love this place so much!!

I would, and have, recommend this apartment complex to everyone. I have had the pleasure of leasing with Allyson, who is extremely nice and seems to actually care that people enjoy living there. I can't seem to find a better place for the price, and that's why i keep renewing :)
