Wonderful staff, the office staff is amazing, they are incredibly helpful. The maintenance staff are always prompt and willing to help. Parking is mostly good. The grounds are well kept. They are pet friendly. The location is wonderful, we are close to everything. Very low noise level. We have tons of closet space. We love it here, we've never had any problems.

As a student, I've lived in five different places in Austin. This place was the WORSE of them all... I moved there and the second week my car got broken into... I lived on Riverside for a year and nothing happened. Secondly, the management is purely RUDE... I don't understand how people run businesses like that, MINIMUM Customer service is non-existent. I had moved all of my stuff out of the apartment expect an expensive bike ($800), two mattresses and few other things. I went out of town for business to come back and realized that they emptied the apartment. I called in to check on my stuff, they told me that they DISPOSED of everything in the Apartment because someone had turned my key. This is pure billsh*t! They couldn't find my bike, nor contact the person who was responsible for emptying the apartment... PLEASE DON'T LIVE HERE... I agree with the previous review... LIVING UNDER A BRIDGE WILL BE BETTER! <P>
