This apartment community is nice. The pool is nice, the apartments are nice inside to be cheaply built. There is no parking and most of the apartments aren't full yet. Extra fees keep magically appearing on my bill. They think it's cool to charge people for crap we didn't ask for and act like it's no biggy. I don't think the maintenance staff knows how to fix anything, i.e. the door to the fitness center has been messed up since last summer. Also, there is no outside storage with these apartments, so unless you have nothing you will have no where to put anything. Overall, Verde Oak Park looks nice from the road, but once you live here for a while it becomes highly annoying.
