The apartment complex is neat and clean, plus the gates work! The area is quiet for the most part and the residents respect one anothers right to live in a quiet calm environment. Have no issues with maintenance, they take care of everything in a timely manner. The women are beautiful here!

Although I thought my apartment layout was very nice, the paint colors were great, and the outside of the apartments were beautiful, I was not pleased living here for the price I paid. My unit was near the pool and on the weekends and sometimes during the week there was a lot of noise as late as 2 a.m. Also there were parties and folks let dogs into the pool area. My husband and I like to hot tub in the cooler weather and I had to call several times to ask for the tub to be turned on. There was no security that I ever saw. Even though the apartment management provided plastic bags and containers, people walked dogs without picking up after them. Kids were allowed to skateboard right past my windows. I asked for a covered parking spot but there were only 6 spots provided for 2 buildings so that there was never one available to rent. Also, there were not enough uncovered parking spots dedicated to residences. Sometimes there were so many guests I could not get a spot near my unit. When I moved in, my carpet was dirty and even though the management kindly had a courtesy cleaning done after I complained, the spots came right back. And then after I moved out management took $25 out of my deposit for carpet stains! They should have replaced the carpeting before I moved in. With no security staff and few or no management staff living onsite, other renters were allowed to consistently break rules!!

Beautiful apartment, nice people that live here and nice people in the office. You gotta have some money to live here because it is kind of pricey. <P>

I can honestly say I have never been in such gorgeous, well put together apartments before. The workmanship is superior to that of most new apartment complexes. The management is for the most part, great to deal with. I agree with the last rating; the train is a huge deterrent. However, I too, have learned to deal with it. I live in the building closest to the train; so close I can see the expression on the engineer's faces! One HUGE issue I'm dealing with right now is the lack of waste disposal. There are over 20 buildings who share ONE dumpster. It is absolutely ridiculous, and I am doing everything in my power to see that changed. When we moved in, there were ample dumpsters and slowly but surely, they keep being removed. Before we know it, we may have to personally drive our own trash to the landfill. Who knows.

first I want you to know the 1 and only bad thing I can say about living here. THE TRAIN!! The bleeding thing runs right behind the apartments. First 3 days I was here I thought I was going to blow it up for sure. I have been here over a year and I forget the thing is even there sometimes. I love my apartment. It is home and feels like it. There has been a management change. (You can really tell the difference) I think the lady in the office said that it was Sentinel. I like these people, they care about what is going on around here. I can tell that more people are moving in. I know they can afford it because it is not cheap to live here. maintenence is good and quick. I like the one manager that has been there the longest. She is very funny and she does everything she can to help me when I need something. You need to come check this place out.
