Apartment Review for Windsor At Spyglass

The people that work in the leasing office are VERY deceptive - they tell you one thing, you act on it and then they act like they never said it, like "don't clean your carpet when you move out b/c we are going to replace it anyway," and then you get a BILL for the replacement of the carpet instead of your security deposit back. They are LIARS!!! <P>
