I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND HAVE SEEN MANAGEMENT COME AN GO.BUT, I MUST SAY THE NEW MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE STAFF HAVE DONE WONDERS; IN THE SHORT TIME THEY HAVE BEEN HERE. <P>
SO, IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A NEW HOME, I WOULD NOW SAY TO COME TAKE A LOOK! THE IMPROVEMENT BEING MADE TO THE UNIT ARE VERY NICE..AND THE OFFICE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. <P>

This is our first apartment, my boyfriend and I, and we couldn't have a better experience with it. The women in the office (Susan, Kay, and Pamela that I know of, sorry if I left anyone out!) are the sweetest women you'll ever meet. They have been extremely nice and totally helpful. They treat us like friends everytime we walk in the office, like they are happy to see us. The only two times that we have had to call any kind of maintainence out, they were there within an hour, and ALWAYS respectful and courteous. Its never loud, and people wave and say hello when passing one another. I would definately refer a friend to live here in Baker Downs, in fact, my cousin just recently moved in a few apartments down! We couldn't ask for a better first apartment leasing experience.
