Review for Brenham Park Apartments

Efficiencies are heated/cooled by window unit. Works OK but Brenham utilities are expensive, so if one is frugal, they'll freeze in the winter and burn up in the summer. Bigger apts. have central systems. Residents don't do as instructed and keep laundry doors closed, so humidity keeps dryers from working well. Some problems getting maintenance to last. Manager, Peggy Sefcik, is really nice and easy to work with.
