Apartment Reviews for Edentree Apartments - Carrollton

This is one of the most unprofessional and unorganized leasing property I have ever lived in. I have lived here for 7 months now and they still have not fixed things from my "move-in" things to be fixed list. I have made countless requests but they still have not completed the work orders. In fact, some of the things that needed to be fixed is now worse after the maintenance crew attempted to repair them. The foundation on most buildings are falling severely which leave several cracks where your A/C or heat will go right through it. Not to mention bugs, roaches and geckos crawling in with ease. They are renting to almost anyone despite background checks because I have noticed a lot of criminal activities on the property. You can literally see drug dealing in the wide open. The police are routinely patroling and making arrests. My neighbors' boyfriend (who has warrants) recently punched on her like a man, busted up every door in the apartment, and kicked out her car window. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
