Review for Wind Dance Apartments

lived at this place for 2 and a half yrs. When we first moved it was a great place. But as yrs progressed and I believe their managment changed, things started going down the drain.
Firstly the office staff like the managers and their assistants are very unhelpful and rude. They came up with ridiculous charges like late fees for rent when we have paid the rent on time and ended up showing them proof of our check
They also charged us close to $400 after move out for "cleaning charges" and "airduct cleaning and "odor control"
when asked about those charges they said they charge it because they want the apartment the same way we moved in. and the manager (Pam) indicated that "you did spicy cooking in the apt and so we need to deoderize the place"
That was the rudest and crazy thing I have heard. When asked the manager that cooking is not allowed the apartment or what they had no comments. (we were not smokers or pet owners - the smell may have been from cooking) and we cleaned the place spotless
after so much fighting back and forth they cut back on our cleaning charges but still took money to "deoderize"
I recommnd be very careful before you live here. it can cause you some extra cash and headaches
