Positive Apartment Reviews and Ratings
I love it! ( over a year ago )

I've lived here for almost a year now and love it! There is always parking, which is very rare to find when renting. The office and maintenance staff are great! I love that the community is very tech savy and sends out regular email reminders of community events.

This is my first apartment and I love it! The inside is VERY nice compared to the other apartments I've seen. I've read other reviews before getting this one about the noise and it being overpriced. I will have to agree on the noise, but it clearly states on the website that these are luxury apartments...so expect it to be on the pricey side.
My main issue is the noise. I live on the bottom floor so I don't know what living on the top floor is like when it comes to noise, but I know that I hear pretty much EVERYTHING! I hear their babies crying, alarm clock going off, the toilet flushing, the shower running, and them going up and down the carpeted stairs. I DO know that my upstairs my neighbors can hear my door shut, and I'm pretty sure they heard my boyfriend and I having sex a couple.
We have a two bedroom two bathroom (Bluebonnet floor plan) apartment. It's spacious and comfortable. I love that we were provided with our own washer and dryer. However there isn't an overhead light in the living room which definitely has it's disadvantages. There are plenty of power outlets too.
We also have/had a spider issue in my apartment. It was somewhat bad before the exterminator came (which the office took care of!), but since I have only seen two spiders.
It's a great place! I highly recommend these to anyone who makes a pretty good income and can tolerate noise. The pool and the fitness center is a really great asset also! You can bet I'll be signing another lease here!

We have lived here 1.5 years but are moving closer to Austin, mostly because we pay about $100 in tolls every month. I have only put in a couple maintenance requests, minor things, and they have been taken care of quickly. We live upstairs, so we don't have a problem with noise - we can't hear the neighbors next to us. The neighbors below us smoke with their windows open and that smell floats about halfway up our (indoor) stairs, so we try to rush in and out of our door through a cloud of smoke. I think the dog poo issue has gotten better, and I never see trash around. They have a person that goes around every morning and picks those things up. The gate is occasionally broken, sometimes for up to a week or longer. But we haven't gotten broken into yet. They recently made small improvements to the gym that are really nice. The pool is good, but the hot tub is always lukewarm at best. I haven't dealt much with the office staff. When we renewed our lease, they lowered the rent by $100, so that was awesome. Don't look too closely at the unit - crooked electrical outlets, painting errors, etc. Overall, the units are really nice, and the complex is great. Hopefully we'll be this lucky at the one we're moving to.

When looking for an apartment in Cedar Park or Leander this is one of the best choices available. The location is convenient for a commute to Austin or other areas. Like any other apartment complex you have young people building homes and there will be noise. Activities are abundant and often for all ages. Security is very visible but with all apartments again you do have the seldom acts that disturb the peace. As a single father I value the peace of mind I gather while living here.

In May it will be a year that I have lived here and I can only complain about one thing, The Noise can be a little much but that's what you get when you move into an apartment. Poeple can be inconsiderate sometimes and don't care but as for the apartment and staff, they are Great!

Overall my experience living here has been ok. My only complaint is that the apartment does not have good insullation. I can hear my neighbors conversation, television and footsteps.
The stairs are right above my bedroom and I can hear when they walk up and down the stairs. I can hear every eveything they say. This has disbursed my quality of life. Apartment living is ok for a temporary housing but I would not recommend any apartment for this very reason. I was told the units were well insullated when I moved in, but then again representatives for the apartments only want bodies in the dwellings paying rent and will tell you anything to make a sale.
