Apartment Review for Casa De Grande Apartments

Lived here for a little over 2 years. When I first moved in, most of my neighbors had been here for a few years already, and now most of them are gone. They just did a bunch of landscaping stuff, and the overall appearance is not too bad. Not at all luxurious, but not hideous. Gated, but no kind of security. Cops were here a few times, but that's normal for this side of town. Maintenance staff are friendly enough, and fairly prompt. Small property. Surrounding area not all that great. I got this apartment when I was in a pinch for a place to stay, and for the price, it's much better than other slightly more expensive apt's in the area that I have also lived in. Don't know about now, but when I moved in they only did 12 month leases. Like I said, been here 2 years, and it's been ok. Not much bad to say. I think the worst thing would be the little kids playing near the cars, and the walls between units are kinda thin. Good for a year or two, but I'm ready for an upgrade.
