Apartment Reviews for Kensington Park Apartments - Corinth

I am the community manager at Kensington Park and would like to address the issues as stated on our rating and with this site. I would like to point out to potential renters to ANY community that these review sites can not be used as reliable sources of information when you are searching for a new apartment home. Please bear in mind that reviews left (most especially by those who remain anonymous) are often from residents who have been evicted for various reasons or who might be considered "troublesome" and have been less than ideal residents. I've often found that reviews on these sites are completely fabricated and unbalanced. If you are a manager reading what are most often, complete falsehoods about the community you maintain, I would consider it less than fair when you are unable to sign in to the site and respond to any comments listed unless you pay this company a fee. Management is not allowed to defend their positions or their communities at no cost like renters or past residents are free to do. Renters are savvy and intelligent consumers and I'm certain that knowing this fact would surely make them more cautious when considering the opinions on any site of this type. I feel that some reviews may be genuine on some sites but I would ALWAYS urge the potential renter to come to the respective community and get a REAL review from a resident, see for yourself how the community is cared for and talk to the staff. You are then more prepared to make your decision based on your own observations. The best reviews are from residents who are currently residing within that community, not a review from someone who probably lived there and was asked to move because they caused disturbances or didn't pay their rent. Be mindful in your selection and always check out the community with your own two eyes. I welcome prospective residents to our community and encourage their questions, even those initiated with those living in our community. I'm confident that most would be pleasantly surprised at what they actually found as opposed to what has been read on these sites that are basically established and utilized by vengeful people bent on trashing and berating the management. Give each community the opportunity to demonstrate their services to you, ask the tough questions and then select the place that best fits your needs. Just think about it.
