I have lived at harbour landing for a year now and have not had a problem at all. It's hard to find a decent place that allows big dogs. Rent is low and I have never had a problem with crime. I have heard of 1 or 2 incidents since living here.
The maintenance men are the best I have seen yet. When I lived at another place it took 2 weeks for them to fix anything. Here, they are there in 5 min usually.
Depending on what part of the complex you live in, the parking can suck. Living in the back, parking is amazing.
Noise isn't bad considering this is a lower rent place. College students are the majority of the residents here. Living on campus was much louder for me.
