There are all sorts of folks here of all colors. People get along ok but when they don't the people of color gang up. If you are white do not expect repairs or back up from management. Do not even expect a call back in emergency situations! The two older maintainance just seem to go from one female to the next to talk and hang out instead of working. No pets is a joke as every other apartment has a dog and there is dog mess everywhere. Rules only apply to a few while others "run over" everyone else. The cops are here a lot, the dumpsters are stinking overloaded and broke glass everywhere.
