Apartment Review for Gulf Breeze Apartments

We've lived here for a year now and are completely satisfied, interiors are updated than most in CC and much more cost efficient than what houses around here go for. I just hope that the Elementary school boundaries do not change as some nearby subdivisions are. We also love the fact that they actually do follow through with complaints that get reported to them cause it let's us know that they are listening to the residents. We did have 1 problem with a person on property but office took care of it that same week thankfully. Our neighbor is great and she has been here since 2005!
