First off I feel this is the best place that I have ever lived for an apartment....The apartment is large and spacious, very clean, very nicely painted and well maintained. The Office Staff is the best. They are very polite, caring and very compassionate when it comes to there residents. If you have a problem all you have to do is go TALK to the office and they will get it fixed as quick as they can or try there best to help resolve it. The maintenance is very good and well knowledgeable as well. The Security Personnel does what he needs to to make sure we are safe and the complex is a safe and nice environment to live in. The prices are reasonable for an apartment. Also they do activities for there residents to say thank you for living here. The parking is good. I totally love living here and am thankful for the office staff running things the way they do so I can have a nice and safe place to live. Thank you. Now then, It amazes me on how there's a few bad reviews on here from people that either still live here or have moved. It also amazes me of the people that cant go by the rules and do what is expected of them so they have to be negative and blame other people for there own actions. There's a time in life where you have to grow up and do what your suppose to do and stop blaming other people for your behavior and do what is right and what is expected of you. So if your not happy living here and you don't want to go by the apartments rules then maybe you need to leave or you have left. There's rules in everyday of life. But it would be nice if you wouldn't criticize on what they are not doing since it is you. I understand you cant please everybody, but due to your behavior you have to be negative on the apartment complex and their staff. I'm sure if this was such a bad place to live then they wouldn't be 98% full all of the time.

I think this is a great place compared to what is available in this area, and I have visited the new properties in burleson and this is so much cheaper, so for the price this place is great. I don't like the security officer he is pretty harsh, and thinks he is big and bad. I never have a problem parking infront of my building. The property looks new. I have never had a problem with any of the office staff, they have always responded to my maintenance requests and any other compliants i have had about my neighbors choice in music. that is one thing Iwill say you can hear your neighbors. Mainenance is good, the unit looked brand new when i moved in, i really liked the color of the walls. Overall i will say i have been here for 4 years and I won't move because its the best deal around.

Since moving in last year I haven't had not one problem with the property. My home was clean and looked almost brand new when we moved in, my neighbors are friendly, the staff is alwasy professional and in a good mood. There are kids on the property and the parking by my building isn't always the best but I can park close to my building and I feel safe. Maintenance has been good to me and has taken care of my few work orders pretty quicklly. I would say for what I pay I am getting a good deal.

i love to live in these apartments there soooo nice lots of children my age the staff is kind of perfect needs im provment on parking and to us kids the noise levil is perfect i love living here.

I have lived here since 2007 and I can say that it has been rough for the last couple of years, but I was so excited to see a old face back in the office. The new property manager is actually one of the people who were theer when I am my family first moved in. I can say that in the last month she has been here alot of the things I had been worried about has disappeared. I love my apartment, its got great paint and i love the wood floors. it is hard for me to talk to the leasing agent because she has a thick accent, the maintenance is pretty good. been slow on work orders but the manager assures me it will be taken care of, and it does. the parking is great i nver have a problem getting close to my building. I can hear kids playing outside but its not to bad, and you can hear train. overall i'm gonna sighn another lease because for the price its a great deal.

I just so happened to come across this site and read all the bad reviews. I have to say I was very surprised. I have lived here for 8 months and I have been nothing but satisfied. I attend all the resident activities. They had a karoke night and we had a blast. I have not seen or heard of any crime. There is not any drug activity at all. The ladies in the office are very nice and always willing to help. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

I just moved in about a month ago and love it. I have had a few work order requests and they have been taken care of really quickly. My apartment is in great condition, and has been well taken care of. I can hear my neighbors above me from time to time but that is to be expected. the assistant manager is great she helps alot, and always remembers my name. I did have to work with a few different leasing agents but I understand that position changes frequently. My neighbors are friendly. There is a bit of problem with the trash compactor getting full but they empty it quite a bit. I have hear there were some problems with teenagers in the past but seems to me it has been taken care of. I would definitley say this is a great apartment with a wonderful price. I got a great special.

I moved-in in Jan 2008 and have had a very good experiance. Management is helpful and nice. My neighbor upstair was stomping and I told the manager and my neighbor came to apologize. Maintenacne has been prompt with any maintenance problems. The property has resident parties every month that are ok.
The posting in 2007 sound bitter, probably one of those people who don't pay rent and was evicted and is now bad at management.
Check with charities they help
