Review for Broadstone Cypress Apartments

I am very frustrated with Broadstone Cypress. We have made several complaints (as have other residents) about dogs being left on balconies. There continues to be no response or action on behalf of the staff to this matter. Dogs bark day and night because they are left outside and it makes for an undesirable living arrangement. It is in the policy of Broadstone Cypress that dogs are to be kept indoors and not left outside unattended, yet no action has been taken towards those in violation. Complaints seem to go unanswered and unresponded to. Please seriously consider these complaints about noise and lack of attention to the concerns of residents when deciding upon this apartment complex. It is unfortunate that this experience has been disturbing enough that if management does not step up to control the noise, we will not be renewing our lease. Don’t be fooled by the cheap rental. You get what you pay for.
