The staff are very pain to deal with. they usually doesnt have time to listen to you.

Though I dropped in the keys in right time the day I vacated, the lady in charge for move out claim that she receved the keys only 2 days later!.. and they want me to pay extra rent (at MONTH-TO-MONTH rate) for those 2 days!!!

And they want me to bring proof that I dropped in the keys on right time.. The proof they expect is from a staff at their own office! (meaning - They expect me to get a letter from them and present to them selves !!!!!)
