Rented: From 2005 To 2008

at first it was excellent then the place got sold and the new management seemed incompetent and uncaring. Rents went up too- I thought it was expensive at $1000+ a month. When I got noisy neighbors I was advised to call the police, the manager was not interested in talking to the people herself. Parking was not a problem because so many people left but there isn't enough spaces if it's full. Would not recommend unless it's changed a lot!
