I am not sure why we stayed in this complex for so long, but we did and now we regret it. At least once a month my apartment floods, they claim to fix it but the problem always comes back. They only care about their rent money and other fees and never about their resident. I never sleep becuase my upstairs neighbors are extremely loud and when I complained the management told me to handle the problem myself! Just a few weeks ago another neighbor of mine was robbed at gunpoint inside the "secure" gates, IN FRONT OF MY DOOR WHILE I WAS ASLEEP! Please do yourself a favor and drive past Amesbury Parc and head over to the Village if you are looking to move into this area.
