Review for Chatham Court Apartments/ Reflections Apartments

The aparments are relatively nicely laid out, BUT the electric bills average around $150.00 per month year round. This dramatically increases the cost of living here. The crime here is out of control, the lady downstairs has been robbed, three car break-ins, and two shootings here within the complex within a 4 week time period. Management sucks, my apartment was not even ready the day I moved in. I was paying my movers an hourly rate, and they had two sit for 3 hours to wait on these jerks to get the apartment ready. Take my advice DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Trust me! I cant wait until my lease is up! There are also problems with parking, I often have to park in the visitors spot and walk a half mile to my apartment.
