Review for Chatham Court Apartments/ Reflections Apartments

I was really thrilled to move to this coplex due to i was in walking distance from work. But the day we got here we had to wait three hours to move in because our carpet had just been shampooed. They were suppose to give us a south side apartment for satellite service and they did with two trees blocking the signal. They wouldnt condsider trimming the trees either. I have called maitenace since we moved in about our spare bedroom window will not stay raised and we have been here since aug to now march and still isnt fixed. the property manager is rude and unpleasant to her renters. Very unprofessional accusing renters of lying on their move in date and we had to prove to her that it was the date we said. they change prices of deposits and rent on your move in date to a higher amount.
