Review for Gaston Yard Apartments

This place is terrible. The crime is the worst. I have had two car stereos stolen and two bikes stolen - management does nothing about it. The lights in my parking garage have been out for over 4 months. Each time I complain they say parts are on order and nothing happens. Meanwhile my stuff is being stolen and I have to worry about my wife coming home alone at night.
Also the noise is terrible with all of the deep ellum drunks parking here. Trash is never picked up. Maintenance is slow and not helpful. The office staff smile and act nice but do nothing to help you. Subsidized affordable housing lets in all kinds of riffraff, so all of my neighbors are gangsters and potheads. You've been warned. Do not live here.
