Review for Gaston Yard Apartments

I have lived in this complex for over a year now. The area is Dallas so there is crime, however security is in the parking lot at night and most of the people that live in the apartments are students a baylor or people who need to be close to Baylor for medical reasons. The one thing I can say about the apartments is never, ever live by the hot tub. It is never locked at night and the security does not check it. If you are facing the Deep Ellum area (windows face this area) you will hear music on the weekends until about 11 or so. Other than that it is a great place to live and the rent for the amount of space is a great price.
