Review for Gates De Provence Apartments

The management at this property is completely unstable, unreliable, and unresponsive. I witnessed our property manager come into the pool area on a busy weekend and make a spectical to grown adults about jumping into the pool incorrectly. They are dressed unprofessionaly most of the time. They do not follow through on service request, I had my AC break on a 100 degree day and called the office to report the problem and the said that someone would be right over, 3 hours later and two more phone calls someone showed up.. They treat you like you are 2 years old. Not what I would expect since I pay their salary.
