Review for Gates De Provence Apartments

I have lived in these apartments for almost a year now, and I cannot WAIT to move! The managment truly sucks here, and I have seen at least 5 different aparment managers come and go. The most recent duo are now in the office and they are just as sub-par as the rest.

From the very second I signed that lease things changed. I was promised certain amenities in my apartment and upon the day of arrival non of those promised items where in my apartment. But, even worse than that, the apartment was filthy! The walls and carpet are STILL dirty from when we first moved in. The maintanence crew came and painted the walls for us, but because of the filth, the dirt showed through the paint in a matter of days. The office refused to let us move apartments, claiming that there was no more free 1 bedrooms. I think the way our apartment looks, we should have been upgraded to a 2bedroom or allowed to take a model!

I have had to pay the pet deposit twice due to them loosing the paperwork showing I paid the first time.

And the worst is, the assitant manager in the building was walking around the pool area drunk as a skunk and seemingly on some type of drug yelling at adults and children playing at the pool. THE POLICE actually came out here and were beaming their bright lights looking for her! Then she CAME INTO MY APARTMENT WITH OUT KNOCKING NOT EVEN KNOWING WHERE SHE WAS AND THREW UP ON THE FLOOR! Now imagine you sitting in your apartment with your friends, and all of a sudden your apartment manager walks in with a lingerie shirt on and no shoes and up chucks on your already ugly carpet! When my neighbor told the management about this, nothing was ever done about it!

This was my very first apartment on my own. I feel I was bamboozled and tricked and I never feel I get customer service.
