Review for Hampton Greens Apartments

New management took over in December 2006 and are not cooperative or professional. Everytime I go to the leasing office, they are on their cell phones. Maintenance is all new and have had an explosion because they were doing the maintenance for the pool, and should have had professionals out to do that. Cars are stolen from the parking areas;cars with expired registration are still parked in good spaces as well as cars with flats. The management is now charging extraordinary amounts for the usage of gas, yet on all of the apartment locator websites, says that gas is included. Very disappointed, have raised my rent after several years here and see that new tenants are moving in for $120.00 cheaper. They are pet friendly here and trash is picked up from property on regular basis, very pleased about updates made last year in outward appearance of complex and upgrades done to exercise area, too. There are security gates that are in use. These are the positive aspects of being a tenant here.
