Review for Inwood On The Park Apartments

Mgmt enters apt regularly but does not leave a visit sheet. Incredibly noisy location, ongoing construction for 3 years with no end in sight. Location is adjacent to very busy Inwood road with loud traffic and ambulances throughout the day and night. The overhead plane noise from Love Field has diminished over the past couple of months. Mgmt must be requested for Lease Renewal info well in advance of the 2 month notice to vacate requirement or you will be faced with a sizable renewal rate after it is too late to comply with their notice requirements. Security Gates are a big JOKE. The gates are broken down on a weekly basis. Either they remain open or close and will not respond to your remote. The odd thing is that it appears to be a different company working on the gate mechanism every time service is required so it leads one to think they are not paying their bills or keep shopping around for service at a discount. If you drive by in the evening, you will frequently see cars in line, this is usually due to their remote not working and we are waiting for someone with a working remote to drive up or someone on the inside to drive out.
